Pet Rescue

There are many pet rescue organizations in America that are trying to get unwanted pets off the streets and into loving homes. There are different kinds of shelters, including ones that have a no-kill policy. Here, the animals are never put down if they are adoptable.

Some pet rescue programs just take in animals that are homeless and try to find homes for them. Other organizations have the authority to seize animals that are being abused or neglected. You can call some of these rescue organizations to report animals being treated poorly.

There are too many pets that are in shelters, and unfortunately no-kill shelters don’t have room to take them all. Adopting an animal from a pet rescue is a great way to alleviate this issue. You get a great pet, and another animal is saved. Everyone wins!
